2013 a year of changes

Well this is a crazy year & as crazy as it is I'm choosing to make it crazier by Quitting Smoking!



Not that this was my idea to begin with but figure since the insurance is willing to pay for 1/2 of the costs for their approved programs I'm giving it a try & then a try again & even again so that I can eventually get this habit broken.



I've missed my first quit date that I had set publicly but have set a 2nd Quit Date & done a little bit of vlogging about that - I was thinking I'd do it daily but I'm still not quite comfortable getting in front of the camera & just talking to that blinking light that is telling me it's recording



I've made a playlist of the videos not certain if the playlist will show up properly but here it goes

comparing video & sound

testing my laptop cam - seem to be having mic trouble on BlogTV so I'm testing to see if there's a difference with laptop cam & the digital video camera i had hooked into the laptop so I could do more in showing stuff

hopefully both videos will post & you can give me some suggestions as to how to help solve the problem
